US magazine says that Britney Spears finds Chris Crocker insulting! Chris Crocker may be Britney Spears’ biggest fan but the feeling apparently isn’t mutual.

Sources tells Usmagazine.com that the Tennessee native, who garnered instant fame after posting his “Leave Britney Alone!” plea on YouTube, has rubbed the pop princess the wrong way.

"Britney does not think Chris Crocker is funny,” a Spears pal tells Us. “She thinks he's creepy and that all his videos are an obvious attempt at fame. She finds it insulting and difficult to watch."

But Crocker defends his teary online tribute. “It was to give Britney fans a voice,” he tells Usmagazine.com. “There is nothing insulting there. It was for her fans to show our support.”

I think this is a cute picture of Hayden Panettiere. It looks like she is in the middle of a photo shoot. But dogs need to go out...so may be these dogs couldn't wait???

People.com is reporting that Britney Spears is "very optimistic" that she'll get her sons back as she completes the judge's checklist, the singer's close friend Sam Lufti tells PEOPLE.

Lufti, whom Kevin Federline's camp attempted to subpoena in the ongoing custody battle, reminded PEOPLE in an e-mail that Federline getting custody is "temporary."

"We ... signed all the necessary documents that she needed to get done," he said. Spears, he added, is "in a good mood, no problems, very optimistic."

Monday a judge granted Federline physical custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, "until further order of the court."

Lufti told PEOPLE that what led to the ruling was just a misunderstanding. "Scheduling conflicts and errors in communication led her to believe that her deadline was later this week rather than [Monday]," Lufti said. "However, once we finally realized what was going on, we completed the list of tasks. ...So everything's looking good."

People.com is reporting that...Britney Spears must hand over custody of her sons to Kevin Federline this week "until further order of the court," a judge ruled Monday after a closed-door hearing.

L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon gave no reasons in his written decision, issued after lawyers met with him in a private session requested by Federline's lawyer. The ruling says that Federline gets custody starting Wednesday.

TMZ.com is reporting that Keith Urban got into a motorcycle accident this morning and is blaming the paparazzi! They go on to say....Witnesses told the Daily Telegraph they saw Urban riding his bike near his home, when he lost control and fell off. The witnesses claim they saw a photographer following Urban on another bike.

When asked about the crash, Urban, through his rep, issued the following statement to TMZ:

"Today's incident was the result of one person's desire to do his job and my desire to maintain my privacy. Some have already attempted to inflate the facts, but the reality is this; while out riding to an AA meeting, a time when my privacy is especially important to me, I felt myself being pursued. I sped up, and in an effort to elude an oncoming car, which was making an illegal U-turn, saw no choice but to drop my bike. In actual fact, my pursuer came to my assistance, without taking photos, and helped me from the road. I returned home, got my car, and continued on my way."

It was a minor accident and he is okay.

Britney Spears walked out of a restaurant on Sunday. She didn't carry either of her children, she had two guys do it for her. Who are these guys? Bodyguards or new mannys???
