Tmz.com is reporting that Britney Spears was a no show to court. Didn't I tell y'all?? I guess she is really proving that she doesn't give a heck about the kids. But you are acting all surprised right now aren't you??

I don't understand what is wrong with this picture? Lindsay Lohan has a new boyfriend. But I don't know, it just seems odd. At least she looks healthy.

Why does this come as a surprise? Britney Spears is in court this morning wanting extended visitation rights because she feels she doesn't see her children enough.

Just yesterday, her lawyers filed an emergency court motion seeking to give her more time with her children after she lost custody of them last week.

I'm still in shock...we'll see how this turns out.

Britney Spears' label is moving up the release date of her album to Oct. 30. Now why would they do that? Is it because you want to hit while she's being talked about? If they wait another month will people stop talking and then not buy it? I personally don't care when it's released I won't be buying it. In the past I have been a fan of her's but I think those days are over. What do you think?

But...A label spokesperson tells ET: "Due to these numerous unauthorized online leaks, the label is doing everything possible to prevent and avoid any further illegal distribution of songs including moving up the release date of the album to October 30th."

It wasn't as exciting as a reason as I thought!
