INF daily is reporting that they have learned that Britney Spears may have been involved in a serious car collision incident this afternoon. Apparently she was driving near her Bel Air home when the smash occured following a maneouvre Brit pulled to shake off some photographers who were following her. It is not believed that Britney herself was injured, but others at the scene were, our eyewitnesses say. We'll update you when we have more details.

OK! magazine is reporting that Britney Spears did not fail her drug test!

OK! can exclusively confirm that Britney Spears has not failed a drug test. A source close to the pop star tells OK! the widespread reports are “100 percent not true.”

“The only thing that came up on the results was the prescriptions the court doctor prescribed. There has been no illegal drugs or even alcohol in any of the results.”

The drug that showed up in the results is Provigil, an anti-narcolepsy drug, which Brit has been photographed carrying. The source goes on to say if the 25-year-old had flunked, her visitation rights with her sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, would have been revoked.

“If she had tested positive, she wouldn’t be with the boys right now. There are no illegal drugs in her system. Someone is making s*** up. This case is sealed and no one has access to the results at all.”

Tmz.com is reporting that Britney Spears was a no show to court. Didn't I tell y'all?? I guess she is really proving that she doesn't give a heck about the kids. But you are acting all surprised right now aren't you??

People.com is reporting that...Britney Spears must hand over custody of her sons to Kevin Federline this week "until further order of the court," a judge ruled Monday after a closed-door hearing.

L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon gave no reasons in his written decision, issued after lawyers met with him in a private session requested by Federline's lawyer. The ruling says that Federline gets custody starting Wednesday.

TMZ.com is reporting that Keith Urban got into a motorcycle accident this morning and is blaming the paparazzi! They go on to say....Witnesses told the Daily Telegraph they saw Urban riding his bike near his home, when he lost control and fell off. The witnesses claim they saw a photographer following Urban on another bike.

When asked about the crash, Urban, through his rep, issued the following statement to TMZ:

"Today's incident was the result of one person's desire to do his job and my desire to maintain my privacy. Some have already attempted to inflate the facts, but the reality is this; while out riding to an AA meeting, a time when my privacy is especially important to me, I felt myself being pursued. I sped up, and in an effort to elude an oncoming car, which was making an illegal U-turn, saw no choice but to drop my bike. In actual fact, my pursuer came to my assistance, without taking photos, and helped me from the road. I returned home, got my car, and continued on my way."

It was a minor accident and he is okay.

Nicole Richie pleaded guilty in court today for driving while intoxicated and driving on the wrong side of the road. She will have to spend four days in jail. She also got three years probation. I don't know how probation goes but I am glad it's not me. (Source and photo courtesy: MSNBC)

Lindsay Lohan has been arrested for DUI again...this morning in fact. Two Breathalyzer tests determined Lohan's blood-alcohol level was .12 percent and .13 (the legal limit is .08). Lohan was driving a 2004 Yukon that didn't belong to her, and was chasing a 2001 Escalade being driven by the mother of Lohan's personal assistant, according to police. Lohan later posted $25,000 bail and was released from jail at about 6:30 a.m. It looks like Lindsay hasn't stopped drinking and has not changed her ways. (This pictures was taken this morning.) I have been following this story all day, but I have finally seen it reported in more than one place. That is the thing with gossip, if something is really true you will see it everywhere. I have been seeing rumors that Jessica Simpson and John Mayer have broken up...Now really I think the chances of that are almost nil. (Since Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie break up on a daily basis.)
