While surfing the other day, I found this about Gossip Girl! In the original series of books that the show is based on Dan comes out of the closet. Now are they going to do the same thing to Dan on the TV Series?? (I don't know about you but I only watch this show because of Dan and Serena!!)

Blake Lively strikes a pose at the Guggenheim Museum where she was at the Young Collectors Council Art Show. Decked out in Chloé, the Gossip Girl star told PEOPLE of her look, "They sent over a few dresses and this was my favorite."

Blake Lively is on the cover of Lucky magazine. Except these pictures don't do her justice. And on the cover they airbrushed her beauty mark off!! Why would they do that? I have a beauty mark too and when I got my grad photos done they airbrushed mine out too....I was like this isn't me!!!

Anyways, here is some of the interview from the magazine:

Blake on her favourite style icons: “My style has been totally influenced by Audrey Hepburn and Kate Moss equally—they’re such fashion icons. But Sienna Miller’s young urban style is also totally what I’m going for.”

Blake on her favourite musicians: “My favorite music is Ray Charles for when I want to feel mellow, and Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake when I want something more funky.”

Blake on what she would do if she wasn’t acting: “I would love to open my own interior decorating business…I grew up reading Martha Stewart and the William Sonoma catalog, I was never interested in things like Teen Beat.”

Blake on how she developed her style: “Growing up, I was constantly borrowing clothes from my older sisters, or I’d pick out something from Urban Outfitters and my mom would tailor it to my size—I don’t think I ever dressed like a kid. Now that I’m on Gossip Girl, the wardrobe is so amazing and inspiring, it’s opened a whole new style gateway for me.”

Take that, Nielsens. Turns out the mighty ratings system has met its match in a plucky little lady named Gossip Girl. She may not have the biggest numbers, but raging word of mouth, mad style and a rules-rewriting DVR draw have made the CW’s snazzy adaptation of the novels – Dynasty, 90210 by way of the Big Apple – the stuff teen dreams are made of. And that’s the sort of rep every girl would die for.

1. It’s the smartest ensemble this side of Fashion Week.
Teen soaps usually have one weak link (no names, please!), but not in this cast. Blake Lively, as sassy Serena van der Woodsen, lives up to her name; Leighton Meester’s broken-doll sadness saves Blair from bitch cliché, and Taylor Momsen is a find as the prep-school Eve Harrington nipping at Blair’s well-heeled world. The guys ain’t too shabby, either. Chace Crawford’s soulful Nate and Ed Westwick’s snotty Chuck are hot as buds born of privilege, and Penn Badgley simply rocks as adorable outcast Dan Humphrey. (And the show’s parents – namely Matthew Settle and Kelly Rutherford – are equally convincing. And hot.)

2. Finally, a voice-over that doesn’t make us want to scream.
As our unseen overseer, Kristen Bell’s purr is the sexiest disembodied fun you can have without paying $4.95 per minute. Whether she’s describing Blair’s burlesque debut (“no matter how long you try to be good, you can’t keep a bad girl down”) or Sunday brunch (“it comes with champagne, a dress code… and 100 of our closest friends”), even the most mundane tidbits sound deliciously enticing.

3. This class has class
There’s nary a bare midriff or baggy jean to be found on these stylish teens, who instead rock the classics – tuxes, frilly dresses, headbands – while Serena’s boho chic look leaves more to the imagination than most getups sported by girls her age. Here’s hoping this will teach GG’s buy-curious fashion fans that high-end elegance trumps trashy any day.

4. Ah, behold the joys of casual text
Cell-phone pics, text messages, Guitar Hero showdowns. IMGO, no show has ever been so plugged into how the IM-ing masses roll. And with this cew firing off updates on Serena’s surprise return and snapping shots of Nate’s secret clinches, they’re the super-cool weapon of class destruction. :-0

5. Our iPods have never been happier!
Like Josh Schwartz’s first dance with teen-culture vultures, The O.C., Girl goes to 11 with the tunes. Only now, it’s Rihanna and Justin Timberlake instead of emo. “The idea is to do for pop music what The O.C. did for indie rock,” says Schwartz, who sees a Gossip Girl soundtrack in the future. Until then, you know you love it… we do! XOXO

Gossip Girl-It takes a look at the posh side of life. I think it has a Cruel Intentions feel to it. Especially that Chuck guy...he is so creepy in a weird way. Gossip Girl was the first this season to be picked up for the whole season...YAY!

Private Practice-it is the highest rated new show! You can find it on Wednesday night.

Pushing Daisies- There is something so whimsical about this show. All bright and Pleasantville like..

Aliens in America-its a fish-out-of water comedy about high schoolers in Wisconsin. And it comes highly recommended.

Cane-has come out as a front runner. This show has been voted as the best new Fall Show.

Chuck-I think this was a surprise to everyone. I didn't think the show was going to be that great...but it really is. It's nice to see the normal guy becoming a hero.

Life-This drama seems to be holding its own on Wednesday nights.

Bionic Woman-This show is one of the top 5 highest rated new Fall shows. There have been more scripts ordered so look out for more of the Bionic Woman.

K-Ville-It was first reported that it was in trouble. But more scripts have been ordered so be sure to catch the show on FOX.

Journeyman-Journeyman seems to be holding it's time slot after Heroes. They have ordered more scripts so we will have to see what happens.
