Us Magazine has uncovered some new facts about Riley...Us has learned that her new beau, Riley Giles — a snowboarder she met during her two-month stay at the Cirque Lodge treatment center in Utah — has a messy past.

Until recently, he was engaged to Murray, Utah, resident Bree Tierney. “Riley just stopped calling Bree and never told her about Lindsay,” Bree’s mom, Tess, tells Us. “She found out by seeing photos. It destroyed her.”

The Mutts and Moms rescue agency, however, is standing its ground – despite receiving death threats after DeGeneres broke down in tears on Tuesday's show, the Associated Press reports. Vanessa Chekroun and Marina Batkis, who run the agency, believe they are doing what's best for Iggy, says a spokesman for the pair.

"[Batkis] doesn't think this is the type of family that should have the dog," said Keith A. Fink, an attorney who does not represent the agency but is acting as a spokesman. "She is adamant that she is not going to be bullied around by the Ellen DeGenereses of the world ... They are using their power, position and wealth to try to get what it is they want."

But DeGeneres's publicist Kelly Bush says the TV host has the best intentions. "It's very upsetting to hear that someone is getting those kind of calls," Bush told the AP. "Ellen just wants the dog reunited with the family."

Eonline is confirming that Jorja Fox is leaving CSI...Jorja Fox has confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that she's leaving CSI, saying she will appear in only five episodes this season.

"There are all these things I want to do. Some are personal. Some are professional. And I really need to do some of them before I get too old," explains Fox. "If I thought the show were on its last legs, I would have tried harder to stay the course. But I feel like its going to be around for a while, so if I don’t want some of those dreams to pass me by, I have to get off the ride for a while."
