It looks like Britney Spears is suffering from memory loss, from the drugs that Sam Lutfi gave to her. This weekend Britney and her dad were at The Social Restaurant in Hollywood for something to eat.

say that Britney seemed a little dazed and confused while at the restaurant.
She hardly touched her food and she went to the bathroom "every 15 minutes." She
spent most of the night chain-smoking near the bar.

Our spies overheard Spears asking the general manager of the restaurant "how
long they had been open" and "what was upstairs." She complimented the manager
on the restaurant and told him she thought it was beautiful inside. The manager,
who was clearly confused by her comments, politely replied, "Thank You."

The Social is the same place Britney shot her music video "Piece of Me" back in
November of '07. Spears was more than 12 hours late to the shoot but was
eventually driven there by douchbag Sam Lutfi. She arrived in her pajamas at
8:35PM and stayed until 6:30AM.

Sadly Britney has no recollection of ever being at the venue. She spent more
than 9 hours 'upstairs' shooting her music video but doesn't recall ever being
there.

ExtraTV.com is reporting that Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told "Extra" that he's doing everything possible to make the holidays as normal as possible for the kids despite their parents' bitter court battle.

"Kevin would like the children to be able to experience Christmas, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day with both himself, as well as their mom, and arrangements have been made for a schedule we believe will accommodate them," said Kaplan.

I am a child that went through the Christmas half days with my mom and dad. Let's hope that doesn't happen for the children's sake!! I hated it!

OK! Magazine is reporting that Britney Spears didn't show up for herdeposition in her ongoing custody battle with Kevin Federline.

So why the absence? Brit's attorneys showed up to the deposition on time, apparently expecting their client to follow! She finally called in "sick" about an hour later. "She's very sick with high anxiety," explains Britney's friend Sam Lutfi exclusively to OK!.

However, Britney might want to get better in a hurry as this third attempt deposing Britney — she has cancelled two previous depositions — was ordered by the court. With that in mind, K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan tells OK!, "I may exercise my right to ask the court for relief," meaning he might request that the judge take away Britney's visitation rights.

She got her husband/friend to do the calling eh? I hope she gets it together.

It seems that the rumors of Britney Spears being pregnant won't stop....today she is pregnant...by a backup dancer named "Chuck".

In Touch Weekly now states that someone talked to them and said....“She’s very angry that it has come out like this. She’s shocked because the pregnancy is the last thing she needs right now."

Who ever this friend of Britney's is, she needs to get rid of her!!

Britney Spears is pregnant with twins...and the daddy is Kevin Federline!!

The pop star told X17online.com that she and Kevin Federline have kissed and made up - and she's pregnant with twins!

"Me and Kevin are getting back together and we're having twins," is exactly what Britney told paparazzi as she entered an L.A. Target store.

Could this possibly be true?

Brit, who turns 26 this weekend, seemed giddy as she strolled into the store with pal Sam Lufti. But when paparazzi pressed her for more info on Brit's bombshell, she giggled and clammed up as she stormed past them.

Brit later needed a police escort to help her out of the store after the chaos grew too much to handle.

Music producer, J.R. Rotem is in desperate need of publicity. JR told Us Weekly and In Touch magazine that he's the father of Britney Spears' third child. Rotem tells the mag, "It's true," but Britney Spears has denied the reports.

Britney Spears being pregnant is just BS, says Sam Lufti to People.Following a cover story published by In Touch magazine, which claims the singer is four weeks pregnant with producer J.R. Rotem's baby, Lufti said in a text message to PEOPLE, "It's just BS. Big Lie."

As for the pop star's reaction to the rumors: "She laughed at it," according to Lufti, who said the singer won't likely release a statement about it. "If she were to give a statement about every lie, she'd be giving statements forever."

Lufti, who also said that he doubts Rotem said anything about the rumors, also sent a text message to Ryan Seacrest about the story.

Seacrest read the message on the air Wednesday, quoting Lufti as saying, "It's BS. Don't know who made it up. J.R. doesn't even know what's up. It's fake. Completely fake. We just wrapped her video. Going home to sleep."

Now that's more like it...someone with the voice of reason....

Britney Spears is four weeks pregnant with J.R. Totem's baby...okay...here is the report from Just Jared...On November 14, Britney Spears confided to her friends in e-mails that she was four weeks pregnant - and that she was sure the father was J.R. Rotem, a music producer she’s been seeing on and off since she separated from ex-husband Kevin Federline in 2006. When asked about the pregnancy, J.R. confirmed exclusively to In Touch that Britney is carrying his child.

“It’s true,” he says.

On November 16, she proudly e-mailed a copy of the ultrasound to her inner circle. For all her recent troubles, she seems convinced that having another baby will turn her life around — and she believes that J.R. will make a great father, even though he explicitly talked about their sex life in Blender magazine earlier this year.

“Britney’s not looking for another husband,” an insider says. “But she does like having a man in her life.”

Okay, I find many things wrong with this story that In Touch originally reported...First, didn't she just go in for surgery? You can't do that if you are pregnant....Second, you wouldn't be showing at four weeks...Third, how can you get an ultrasound when the baby is the size of a needlehead....Fourth, don't people usually find out they are pregnant six weeks and after??? Like OMG people!!

What a great thing for Kevin Federline to be one of the "50 most influential men under 45"...it seems that because of Britney Spears being a wreck he has been able to up his status.

What does Kevin really do....anyone really know? He does have custody of the boys and is taking good care of them. If that is the only thing every parent should get an award!

Kevin told the mag: “To be a father is… everything. It shows me how little I am.” Well bravo Kevin...I am a stay at home mom...try that job for a day!

INF daily is reporting that they have learned that Britney Spears may have been involved in a serious car collision incident this afternoon. Apparently she was driving near her Bel Air home when the smash occured following a maneouvre Brit pulled to shake off some photographers who were following her. It is not believed that Britney herself was injured, but others at the scene were, our eyewitnesses say. We'll update you when we have more details.

US magazine is reporting that Britney Spears doesn't use stop signs...Spears, 26 — who is already banned from driving with her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James — ran three stop signs Friday night, a new video obtained by Usmagazine.com shows.

Riding in her white Mercedes SL65 with her producer pal Sam Lutfi, the singer was on her way home from the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills when she zoomed through two signs. As she approached a third stop sign, she slowed but didn't stop.
