ExtraTV.com is reporting that Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told "Extra" that he's doing everything possible to make the holidays as normal as possible for the kids despite their parents' bitter court battle.

"Kevin would like the children to be able to experience Christmas, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day with both himself, as well as their mom, and arrangements have been made for a schedule we believe will accommodate them," said Kaplan.

I am a child that went through the Christmas half days with my mom and dad. Let's hope that doesn't happen for the children's sake!! I hated it!

OK! Magazine is reporting that Britney Spears didn't show up for herdeposition in her ongoing custody battle with Kevin Federline.

So why the absence? Brit's attorneys showed up to the deposition on time, apparently expecting their client to follow! She finally called in "sick" about an hour later. "She's very sick with high anxiety," explains Britney's friend Sam Lutfi exclusively to OK!.

However, Britney might want to get better in a hurry as this third attempt deposing Britney — she has cancelled two previous depositions — was ordered by the court. With that in mind, K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan tells OK!, "I may exercise my right to ask the court for relief," meaning he might request that the judge take away Britney's visitation rights.

She got her husband/friend to do the calling eh? I hope she gets it together.

Britney Spears is pregnant with twins...and the daddy is Kevin Federline!!

The pop star told X17online.com that she and Kevin Federline have kissed and made up - and she's pregnant with twins!

"Me and Kevin are getting back together and we're having twins," is exactly what Britney told paparazzi as she entered an L.A. Target store.

Could this possibly be true?

Brit, who turns 26 this weekend, seemed giddy as she strolled into the store with pal Sam Lufti. But when paparazzi pressed her for more info on Brit's bombshell, she giggled and clammed up as she stormed past them.

Brit later needed a police escort to help her out of the store after the chaos grew too much to handle.

What a great thing for Kevin Federline to be one of the "50 most influential men under 45"...it seems that because of Britney Spears being a wreck he has been able to up his status.

What does Kevin really do....anyone really know? He does have custody of the boys and is taking good care of them. If that is the only thing every parent should get an award!

Kevin told the mag: “To be a father is… everything. It shows me how little I am.” Well bravo Kevin...I am a stay at home mom...try that job for a day!

US magazine is reporting that Britney Spears is no longer allowed to drive with her kids, a source close to the case tells Usmagazine.com.

“It was a long time coming,” the insider says.

Attorneys for Spears and ex Kevin Federline declined to comment after a sealed, 90-minute hearing at L.A. Superior Court Friday.

Federline's counsel, Mark Vincent Kaplan, had called for a hearing after footage emerged of Spears, 25, running a red light with her two children in the back seat November 8.

Kaplan told reporters, "All I can tell you is orders have been made. They have not been released by the court so I can't discuss the contents.

Spears' attorney Anne Kiley told Usmagazine.com: "I can't talk about anything. Everything's fine."

I'm glad to see that finally something is being done about this. Let's keep those kids safe!

Associated Press has reported that Britney Spears must provide a single, working telephone number to be called in for drug testing, a court commissioner ruled Thursday after her ex-husband's attorney said she has repeatedly failed to respond to calls for the court-ordered screenings.

Of the 14 such calls placed to Spears, she failed to respond eight times, Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon earlier in the day.
Spears lawyer Anne Kiley argued that Spears hadn't responded within an hour, as ordered by the court, because she was sleeping, and asked that she be given a six hour time-frame instead. But Gordon said time wasn't the problem, noting Spears had lost telephone numbers and changed numbers.

"There needs to be one number that the testing facility calls that she responds to," Gordon ruled. He added that she can change phones, as long as everyone involved is notified.

Federline, 29, and Spears, 25, were not in court for the hearing. After a break, Gordon issued his ruling, adding that he was not going to make any further modifications to existing custody orders

Why does Britney Spears need a new car?? I guess after having to pay Kevin Federline the almost $200 000 in court fees she decided to drown herself in the sorrows...and buy a new car.

US magazine is reporting that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline will be back in court Thursday.A hearing in the Spears-Federline custody case has been set for Thursday at 8:30 a.m.

A source close to the case tells Us that the hearing was called by Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan. The source says Kaplan plans to make a motion to restrict Spears' driving rights due to a technical violation of her court-ordered drug testing. Spears was recently called for a test and could not be reached within the hour, says the source.

The source adds that Spears has not tested positive on any drug test.

People.com is reporting that the financial records of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have been released. There are some interesting things on them...

• Federline, earned more than a half million dollars in 2006, mainly from entertainment and endorsement deals – but minus business expenses, he only grossed $7,436 that year.

• Spears earns approximately $737,000 per month.

• Federline receives $15,000 a month in child support payments from his ex. (The amount may change, depending on how much more custodial time he ends up getting.) He is entitled to child support payments until Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, become adults, since Spears is the higher earner.

• The documents also reveal that Federline earned $3,300 in royalties in 2006 for his debut song "Popozao."

It's amazing the amount that Britney earns per month. I can't get over that!!!

TMZ.com is reporting the latest between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline...Commissioner Scott Gordon gave Spears three visits per week, two from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 PM and one overnight visit. The visits will be monitored.

In the order, the Commish wrote that when Britney has the kids, "the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all." The Commish also recounts what the parenting coach complained of -- that "during all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play."

According to the report, the coach wrote, "It seems that [Britney's] choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children."

And then the most damning comment from the parenting coach: "The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful."

Us Magazine is reporting that Britney Spears' lawyer has filed a motion to change the singer’s twice-weekly random drug testing at a hearing for her ongoing custody battle with ex Kevin Federline October 26 in L.A. Superior Court, according to court papers released Tuesday.

According to the papers, her attorney had filed the request before, but Federline’s attorney opposed it October 25. At their hyped-up hearing Friday, Spears’ attorney filed another request to terminate or modify the court order.

A judge has yet to issue a ruling.

L.A. Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon was also given Spears' parenting coach's report to review, according to the order.

It is the latest update in the ex-couple's increasingly complicated custody battle.

US magazine is reporting...Britney Spears and Kevin Federline faced off in court Friday, but the verdict is still out on whether Britney will get joint custody back.

After a lengthy hearing, during which a visibly upset Spears took three bathroom breaks, Commissioner Scott L. Gordon made no ruling regarding the custody arrangement of their sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

Los Angeles Superior Court spokesperson Meredith Pierce said of Friday's proceedings: "Custody issues were discussed. The judge took it under submission and a ruling is forthcoming no sooner than Monday."

"The court will issue a written ruling either Monday or Tuesday," said Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan. "The court heard many exparte motions and a continued order to modify custody. I do believe the order that the court will issue on Monday will be modified by the various expartes. I am not going to speculate what that order may be." (An "exparte" hearing is when one party requests a hearing.)

Kaplan made it clear that his client still has custody, saying, "Mr. Federline has custody of the kids this weekend, but the court did allow [Spears] to spend some time with the kids."

OK! magazine is reporting that...“Britney Spears still believes that she, and only she, knows what’s best for her and her kids,” a source close to the custody battle between Britney and Kevin Federline reveals to OK!. “She wants the boys living with her, without any outside monitor or coach interfering. She’s sick of dealing with lawyers and the court. She wants her old life back where she was in charge and telling everybody what to do.”

However, those close to the mother of Sean Preston, 2, and 1-year-old Jayden James, don't seem to have anywhere near the confidence in her parenting abilities as she does. “She is confused beyond words," one family source confesses, "She just wants her kids back and a normal life but doesn’t have a clue how to realistically make that happen.”

Yahoo news is reporting that the judge has taken away Britney Spears' rights to visitation with her children!

She may not see 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James who are in the custody of Spears' ex-husband, Kevin Federline until she complies with a court order, Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled.

The order, dated Wednesday, does not spell out what directives Spears defied. A hearing in the matter was scheduled for Oct. 26.

In the past, Gordon has reprimanded Spears for not complying with other court orders, repeatedly saying that she lost primary custody to Federline due to her own choices.

Among other things, Gordon has ordered her to undergo random weekly drug testing, citing evidence that Spears engaged in "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol."

She could not visit with her children without a parenting coach present. The coach participated in the emergency hearing Wednesday. Both parents were ordered to remain sober around their children.

Tmz.com is reporting that Britney Spears was a no show to court. Didn't I tell y'all?? I guess she is really proving that she doesn't give a heck about the kids. But you are acting all surprised right now aren't you??

I honestly don't know what is wrong with this girl! Britney Spears was scheduled to have a visit with her kids but didn't show up.

Life & Style Weekly is reporting that Britney Spears was supposed to get her first, supervised visitation with her boys, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, on the morning of Oct. 4 — three days after she last saw them.

But an insider tells Life & Style that things tragically fell apart because of a faulty intercom! The night before, “She checked into the Beverly Wilshire hotel. But early that morning, she realized it wouldn’t be right to have her first visit with the boys in a hotel. She needed to see them at home, with their things around them,” says the insider.

“She and Alli [Sims] headed to Brit’s Malibu house. They went to sleep as soon as they got there. Brit was up in plenty of time to prepare for the boys’ visit at 10 a.m. “But she waited, and waited, and they didn’t show up. Alli’s cellphone rang, and it was Kevin [Federline’s] people, saying that the boys were going back to Kevin because she hadn’t answered the intercom at the gate!“
Brit didn’t realize the intercom wasn’t working. She begged them to bring the boys back. But they wouldn’t. She was devastated that they wouldn’t turn around.”
