Britney Spears and Kevin Federline back in court

US magazine is reporting that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline will be back in court Thursday.A hearing in the Spears-Federline custody case has been set for Thursday at 8:30 a.m.

A source close to the case tells Us that the hearing was called by Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan. The source says Kaplan plans to make a motion to restrict Spears' driving rights due to a technical violation of her court-ordered drug testing. Spears was recently called for a test and could not be reached within the hour, says the source.

The source adds that Spears has not tested positive on any drug test.

Time will tell...keep you posted on this story!

Spencer Pratt sex tape....Do we care???

Spencer Pratt is always trying to be like everyone else...and now it's said that he has a sex tape now too! Us magazine has the scoop saying....A recent National Enquirer report claimed that Pratt, 24, has been shopping footage of himself and some pals hooking up with a bevy of Brazilian women (before he met fiance Heidi Montag, 21) and wants it released on the sly under the guise that it had been “stolen.”

But Pratt assures Us Weekly, “I was never on camera, and there is no sex tape. However, I did go to Brazil three years ago to film a jujitsu tournament for a documentary.”

At the risk of giving Pratt ideas, a source tells Us that if there were a sex tape of him floating around, it could fetch serious bucks. “Initial licensing could be upward of a million dollars,” says the source, who has bought and sold celebrity footage. “He could turn it into a money-making machine.”

Would you buy the copy?? I wouldn't...Let's not give him any ideas!

Britney Spears breaks the law again!

Britney Spears has been stirring up problems...and now she has broken the law again! US magazine has the story...Spears, 25, parked her white Mercedes illegally in a spot reserved for disabled drivers on November 3 – ostensibly because she was in a rush to get a $29 fake bake at Tanning Plus in Studio City, California.

Inside, a tanning manager named Annette told Usmagazine.com, “[Britney] said she was a little tired, but she was happy. She said she loves sun!”

Enough to potentially face a $500 fine, if caught by the Los Angeles Police? Maybe that’s why she hustled out of the store with cousin Alli Sims, 26, quickly after their 20-minute fake-baking.

“They tanned and they left – just like that,” the manager said.

Ellen Degeneres continues her show...under contract!

Ellen DeGeneres
A lot of shows have started to be affected by the writer's strike."Ellen," which will continue production. Host Ellen DeGeneres told her studio audience at Tuesday's taping that she was obligated under her contract to continue the show, although she supported the striking writers.

I am glad to see that Ellen will continue...I am upset about my other favorite shows....I hope they can settle soon.
